These children run around at the void deck of Bedok North St 3 Block 529 at night and according to STOMPer controversial_123, they seem to be uncontrollable.
In an email sent to STOMP today (Dec 28), the STOMPer wrote:
“I saw these kids playing around the block while on my way to a friend’s house.
“The moment I reached the block, I saw these kids playing with the rubbish lying around the rubbish chute.
“Apparently someone throw their unwanted items over there, which was wrapped up in bags and plastics.
“These kids took the items out and began to play with them.
“You can see in one of the pictures that an uncle standing there, apparently quite displeased with what he had seen, and scolded the kids.
“I asked my friend and learnt that these kids are staying at level 2 and they’re really terrors by night, playing and running around the block every night.
“Come to Bedok North St 3, Block 529 every night and you may know what terrors they are. I’m shocked too.”
