Renowned Singaporean actor/director/producer Jack Neo started having sex with 22-year-old model Wendy Chong after knowing her for only one month, reported China Press.

Chong revealed this in a tell-all interview with Singapore’s Lianhe Wanbao.

"He sent me home one night after I visited him at his set (two years ago) and we ended up having sex in his car."

"There’s a curtain on his car window while the windows are tinted. So no one could see what we did inside."

The model claimed that Neo was very particular about not leaving behind any evidence after sex.

"He’s very careful. He said we could not leave a single hair in the car and that the seats had to be readjusted to the original positions. He looked like he was very familiar with doing that. So I asked him whether he had done that many times before but he denied it."

"My instinct told me that he was not to be trusted. So I asked to break up with him the next day. I told him that I thought he was not being serious with me."

In return, Neo requested to date her for another three months, claimed Chong, to see whether he was merely after sex.

"He managed to convince me and I soon found myself falling in love with him," she admitted.

Meanwhile, the Straits Times reported that the Neo family has moved to a hotel in a move to escape media attention.

The reporters who swarmed to Neo’s residence right after news on Chong’s turning up at Neo’s Pantai Ris house to confront his wife was widely-reported, found only his maid in his home.

His neighbour, Dai, 53, who stays in touch with the director on the phone, told the reporters that Neo hoped the media could give him space to breathe and save his marriage.

Lianhe Wanbao reported that it was not Neo’s first extra-marital affair. Described as a womanizer, his prey ranged from hot teenagers to sexy mature ladies.

"When he’s shooting a movie, he likes to get the numbers of female newcomers or extras who are willing to do anything to get famous. He will then text them suggestive messages or even date them," a source told Lianhe Wanbao.

His wife, Irene Kng, 46, who has eyes and ears everywhere, was angered by his infidelity and wanted to divorce him but chose to forgive him every time he strayed.

New Paper reported that Neo’s best friend actor-comedian Mark Lee was so furious after finding out that Neo was having an affair with a 22-year-old model that he wanted to slap his good friend and mentor.

He was shocked and admitted that he never thought his best buddy had the time to have an affair.

The two of them are responsible for box office hits like Money No Enough and Ah Long Pte Ltd and have known each other for more than 10 years.

Mark described Jack’s mistress, Wendy Chong, as a "normal young girl" who was his co-star in Jack’s latest movie, Being Human.

In hindsight, Mark said it’s possible that Wendy got her role in Being Human because of her relationship with Jack, but added that Wendy did not receive preferential treatment from Jack on the set.

He believes that Jack and his wife of 26 years, Irene will not hide from the public for long. He thinks that after settling their family issues, the couple will step out to make a public statement, New Paper reported.

Meanwhile, Jack’s manager, Tang Wing Fai told Straits Times that the film director would tell all "once the dust is settled".

"Jack’s priority is to make peace with his wife and children," Tang was quoted saying.

A Jack Neo fan hopes that the local celebrity will go for sex therapy to mend his ways after his scandalous affair with a 22-year-old model was made public recently.

"The local Chinese tabloid Xin Ming Ri Bao and The New Paper gave extensive coverage to our local celebrity Jack Neo, whose affair with a 22-year-old model was exposed for public scrutiny.

"Jack’s fans were disappointed, but as a fan of Jack, I hope he can see the error of his ways and learn to pick up the pieces.

"As a public figure, I hope he could be more discreet in his private life for he was catapulted into the limelight when he won the Cultural Medallion in 2005.

Man has sex with girl, 15, then steals from her

Friday, February 19th, 2010

man has sex with girl 15 then steals from her thumbnail Man has sex with girl, 15, then steals from her

HE WAS a sexual predator who spun a tall tale to lure a young girl into his clutches.

Khairulhizam Din Ahmad, 38, found a victim in a 15-year-old schoolgirl who needed money to buy food for her younger siblings.

He exploited her desperate need by offering her $400 to do the “couple’s thing” with him.

But after they had sex, Khairulhizam not only did not pay her but he also stole her bag which contained valuables worth $220.

Arrested about a month later, he claimed trial to one count each of theft and sexual penetration of a minor under 16.

He was convicted and sentenced to six years corrective training last September.

His appeal against the conviction was dismissed by High Court judge Lee Seiu Kin earlier this month.

This is not the first time Khairulhizam had preyed on young girls.

His latest offence was committed not long after he was released from jail for molesting a 11-year-old girl.

During his trial, the court heard that Khairulhizam had approached two teenage boys at Block 713, Yishun Avenue 5, on 26 Mar last year.

He pretended to be looking for his best friend’s daughter, Ayu, who had run away from home and offered the boys $50 each if they helped him find her.

He also suggested that they should get a girl to approach Ayu if they find her so that she would not be suspicious.

After making several calls to their female friends, one of the boys, 15, managed to get his girlfriend to agree to meet them.

The girl, a Secondary Two student, her boyfriend and his friend cannot be named to protect her identity.

When she arrived at the block at about 6pm, Khairulhizam asked the boys to sit on another bench so hecould talk to her alone.

He told her that if she “did a good job” in looking for Ayu, he would give her $50 or $100. If she gave “good service”, he would pay her more than $50.

The girl testified in court that Khairulhizam was looking at her “up and down” and smiling when he said that. She also understood that “good service” referred to having sex.

When asked about her sexual experience, she told the court that she sometimes had sex with her former boyfriends.

Khairulhizam later asked the boys to wait at another block while he and the girl took a taxi to Ang Mo Kio Park.

On the way, he described what Ayu looked like and explained how she had caused problems for her parents.

At the park, they sat at a sheltered area while waiting for Ayu to show up. As they chatted, Khairulhizam told the girl that he would give her $400 for doing the “couple’s thing”.

The girl testified that she remained silent. But when Khairulhizam told her to stand up and started undressing her, she did not resist.

She said she agreed because she needed money to buy food for her younger siblings as her father was jobless.

They had sex and after she put on her clothes, she noticed it was 8pm.

Khairulhizam told her not to tell her boyfriend and his friend what had happened as they walked to Block 154, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5. He told her to wait at the void deck while he went to withdraw money to pay her.

When she asked for her bag which he was holding, he assured her that he would be back after getting the money.

When Khairulhizam didn’t return, the frightened girl, who was on the verge of tears, approached a passer-by, Mr Maznan Mosort, for money to use a public phone.

When he asked her why, she told him that she had been robbed and wanted to call her parents.

He then called the police on his handphone, Mr Maznan told the court.

In the girl’s bag was her wallet containing $20, an MP3 player, an ez-link card and handphones belonging to her and a friend.

Khairulhizam was arrested on 23 Apr at about 7.45am at Lorong 17 Geylang.

The girl’s handphone was found in his flat while her friend’s handphone was recovered from Khairulhizam’s relative.

In his defence, Khairulhizam, who did not havea lawyer, denied telling the three teenagers that he was looking for his friend’s daughter. He also denied having sex with the girl and stealing from her.

He told the court that he took eight tablets of amitriptyline – prescribed for his insomnia and drank beer that day before going to Yishun tomeet a friend.

At a void deck there, the two boys approached him and said that “if he wanted a girl, they had a girl”.

Khairulhizam said he “was in his own world” until the girl came.

He testified that he remembered the girl “pulled his hand and he went along with her”. He also recalled getting out of a taxi but did not know where it was.

When he woke up after 8am the next day, he found himself lying near a rubbish chute at Ang Mo Kio.

It was then he realised he had the handphones of the girl and her friend in his pocket.

Senior consultant psychiatrist G Sathyadevan, chief of the forensic psychiatry department at the Institute of Mental Health, testified that amitriptyline has a sedative effect andaids in impulse control.

He said the drug could cause amnesia but this was more likely among the elderly.

Although Khairulhizam had consumed alcohol with the drug, Dr Sathyadevan said this would not prevent him from being aware of what he was doing and from being able to recall what had happened.

Trial judge Jasvender Kaur found the three teenagers to be credible witnesses and disbelieved Khairulhizam’s “ridiculous story”.

She convicted him and sent him to six years of corrective training in prison.

Corrective training aims to lead an offender away from a life of crime by putting him through a strict discipline regime. There is no early release for good behaviour.

For sexual penetration with or without consent with a person under 16 years old, Khairulhizam could have been jailed 10 years and fined.

For theft, he could have been jailed three years and fined.

STOMPer Tomyam King found a website which features online sex service providers. The STOMPer says the Geylang legal sex services should go online to make the area more friendly to families and tourists.

He says:

"I found a wesbite with almost 20 to 30 mobile sex service providers ranging from Thailand girls to PRC girls.

"This is a very good move for those people who want to surf and get more information.

‘He didn’t tell me he had Aids and had sex with me’

Friday, January 22nd, 2010

7030 He didnt tell me he had Aids and had sex with me

HER husband was diagnosed with Aids.

But he allegedly not only failed to tell her, he continued having sex with her.

Aida (not her real name), 33, later tested HIV-positive.

Her husband, a technician, died of Aids in June 2008. He was 48.

As she grew too weak to work, she began worrying about how she was going to pay the $420 she needed for her medicines every month. She has no savings.

Fortunately, a medical social worker managed to get Aida financial assistance to cover her bills.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) also announced yesterday that from next month, it will extend Medifund assistance to needy Singaporeans who require HIV treatment, including medication.

Meanwhile, Aida has filed papers in the High Court to sue her late husband’s estate for causing her “bodily harm” by giving her HIV.

Aida claims her husband breached his duty of care to her by failing to warn her that he had been diagnosed with HIV and abstaining from sex with her, though he knew that by doing so, he would likely cause her serious bodily harm.

She is claiming for loss of earnings and damages, including money to take care of her 14-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son, both from previous relationships.

We are not using the real name of the parties as both are HIV patients.

The New Paper spoke to Aida in her late husband’s four-room HDB flat, where a wheelchair sat quietly against the wall of the dark living room.

She said: “If I’m alone, or if the children are big and can work, I don’t care.

“But if anything happens to me, my kids how? They are still small, they still have a long way to go.”

Her late husband’s eldest brother, the administrator of the estate, is named as the defendant in the lawsuit.

Aida married her husband in June 2006. They did not have children together.

Generally, under Muslim inheritance law, if a man dies with no surviving children or grandchildren, his widow receives 25 per cent of his estate.

Stepchildren are not beneficiaries under the Muslim inheritance law.

The remainder of the estate is distributed among the husband’s parents, siblings and other relatives.

The court papers filed in the High Court do not state how much the husband’s estate is worth.

Aida alleged in the papers that her husband was diagnosed with advanced HIV in December 2007 and referred to the Infectious Diseases Service of MOH.

His condition worsened, and he developed Aids and rectal adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer.

Aida claimed that for months, he did not reveal his condition to her and that she continued to have sex with him between December 2007 and February 2008.

When she found out he had Aids, she was shocked and scared. After she was tested, she told The New Paper, she didn’t dare to collect her results for weeks and the hospital kept calling her.

She was diagnosed in March 2008 and claimed she continued to live with him.

Her husband died soon after, in June 2008.

In her suit, Aida says it was her husband who gave her HIV, as during the “relevant period”, she did not have sex with anyone else and was never in a situation where she could have contracted HIV.

She said that if she had known her husband had Aids or HIV, she would not have had sex with him.

She also claims his conduct broke the law – it is an offence under the Infectious Diseases Act for HIV-infected persons not to inform their sex partners of their HIV status before sex.

Aida claims that as a result, she suffered both mental and physical harm, loss and damage.

She said her condition has continued to deteriorate and she is no longer able to work.

She is claiming for loss of earnings at $600 a month from November 2008 onwards, which was when she quit her part-time job at a convenience store.

She is also asking for general damages to provide for her children, who are dependent on her, until they are old enough to earn and look after themselves.

She is leaving it up to the High Court to decide on the amount of damages and costs if she wins the case.

Generally in Singapore, a civil case is held in the High Court if the value of the claim is above $250,000.

When The New Paper met the husband’s siblings, his eldest brother, who’s in his 50s, said he had not yet been served the writ.
